old programmers

There is no country for old programmers.  Basically, you are thrown away. Do think of an old shoe, that the heel you no longer glue, because it is just too old for you. Technology forces us to fire the old and bring in the young. Well, that is how it is in most companies. Sadly, we will not see this rule go away.
