Hype machine struggles to survive. It was a place to find new music. Wel, those days are so over. Like it reminds me of when there was like a record store on every corner.

Friends, this abandoned house looks like a child's tinker toy and not a real one. It is funny the universe we are in. Often, what is real does not appear so.

What does a cooked goose mean? People talk about a goose that lays golden eggs.

Funny, I have never seen one. I am talking about a golden goose - yes.

Senators tend to under deliver and over promise. Like they do not even care.

All they want is to win. Hey, we do not trust them any more.

Whole Foods

It is a slam dunk that Whole Foods will be bought via amazon. Just remember that things are getting warm. Expect at to see competition increase. Ah yes, that means LOWER prices. However, there will also be fewer jobs for the rest of us. Like it is something that we should factor into our calculations if we can.

minimum wage

Hey, even those meaningless soul crushing jobs that pay minimum wage are so over. The factories are gone. Most were sent over seas. All we got is some rotting shell of a building that is boarded up. Oh yes, the malls are also going away. Basically, the are losing anchor stores such as sears. Most are affected by plunging sales year after year. Eddie Lampert blames the vendors in china who refuse to send more items to stores that will probably not survive. Results are in man. Like wow, they are so grim.

Ford Mustang

Ford will keep making the Mustang for us. Well, that is good news. Actually, we do enjoy sports cars. They have a certain flair that be all their very own.

extinction-level event

Most of us see that there is still food in our grocery. Cities still have the lights on. However, an extinction-level event is so near. Almost like we can feel it coming. Yeah, there is something wicked coming our way.

melt down

Look at our economic crisis. It is causing a retail meltdown right in front of us. Sadly, lots of stores are going away. Politicians like to blame mighty amazon. Well, listen to this one. All the online retailers are getting only 8% of the retail pie. Folks, that should indeed surprise no one. Most of our money is siphoned away. It goes to pay taxes that are always going up.

Oh wow, trains are awesome. Do like the colors if they are red or orange.  These colors are warm.  Cold colors can chill me to my core,

Great catastrophes

Great catastrophes reduce disparities in wages. These hurt the rich a lot more than the poor. After all, the rich has a lot more money. Basically, they level the playing field for all of us.

Retail bubble

Friends, the time to wake up is now. Yeah, the Retail Bubble means that more malls are going away. Stores are boarding up. Customers are using physical stores as a showcase room. They go to the internet later on.  In fact, the same item is often less expensive. This is because internet stores have less overhead to pay. This is especially true in the case of amazon.

Retailers are closing stores faster than ever. They cannot compete with amazon. Sadly, the result is that we will see a lot of people lose jobs in the services area.

birds

I have noticed fewer birds every year. OK, so as to what is going on... not sure. Well, it could be chemical sprays. Those are a major pain. However, there could be another cause. The environmental reason could also be habitat loss, but that has not been rather minor. Most of their habitat in parks has remain same. Yet, they continue to decrease in numbers every year. Still, it is so sad to go outside and hear silence instead of bird song. Rachel Carson wrote Silent Spring and here we are.

Google is serious about cloud services. That is super news. Future of computing might very well be distributed processing. Well, a lot will take place on far away servers. 😻

IT

IT double crosses you. Often, they will tell you that you are super. However, the next day you read in the papers... departments connect to information technology are being out source in your company.  Oh wow, your job is gone. Nobody gave you a warning. Well, here is a heads up. Most technology companies are treacherous to their very cores.

Malls are hollowing out as our economic crisis worsens. Senators claim that everything is fine and we are crazy. However, that is not what we see. Look at all the going out of business signs. Retail bubble keep on getting worse. Also, empty retail spaces can increase. Friends, it is not just radio shack that is going away. Expect most troubled malls to close within a few years.
