OK, so smartphone cameras are $#^+! The pictures are so p-poor. Well, this is because they have a tiny little sensor. DSLR has a great big sensor. Most of us do not wanna carry a big honking heavy camera. Cell phone we already carry. They are like a convenience. Still, we pay a price. Lenses on the smartphone do not have zoom. Also, they do not have a lot of processing power. Result is our poor images.
