Realtors talk about a
home price rise. However, we believe this is a false mirage. They set it up. It is for the election my fine ones. Actually, there is a very interesting increase in prices. Like we do not see a lot of houses selling now. Banks are still holding on. Mostly, they need to unload their massive inventory of foreclosures which has been building up over the years.
