slack grows up

Oh wow, slack grows up. Big business is using this service. Like it will replace email soon. Just what they tell us. Still, we might see more paper or pen. Technology is a funny creature to me. After all, we do say that the more things can change, they more they remain same.

Retail

Retail is getting crushed by amazon. The result is empty malls as we see. However, that is not all for us. Most people do not understand that we are seeing the twilight of an era. Wall mart crushed the small shop with mom and pop. Hey, those days are over. Big box stores look like they won. Just would you know, an enemy rises. Like the internet is now getting rid of retail titans such as K-mart, target, or sears.

Della Street

Della Street is dead. She played the secretary of perry mason. Well, that was an interesting TV series. Lawyers probably wish for the good old days of previous years. Frankly, a low of legal work we now out source. Result is less jobs for all of us.

250 million mansion

Look at the 250 million mansion. It is of homes the most expensive. Well, this is in America anyway. Just what do we see. It is too big for me. Still, it is nice. OK, so the bill for heating expenses... can open your eyes.

Retailers face increasing pressure. Oh yes, that would be from internet giant amazon. Jeff is really growing up - However, this hurts target and sears. Like they are in real or is that real estate pain. Profits are experiencing erosion. It really is hard to compete with the internet as you do not have all the overhead of a retail presence.

caspar

Forget Casper the Friendly Ghost mon. I prefer Caspar Weinberger the Unfriendly Ghost as he was scary. He was a bad egg. Just what do we say. Let us not go. Life is an amazing never ending saga. Technology is racing on. Dick Tracy had a phone watch, but we got one.
