Folks, we see some eerie ominous clouds that are often caught on camera. They do promise us rain. However, a lot of times, they do not deliver on their promise. All we get is distant thunder and no rain. Yeah, we are not sure... like on why that is. Perhaps, there is a strange mechanism operating in our universe.
